Work is 58% general, 33% mechanical, and 9% electrical. Work is not in a restricted area. Project magnitude is estimated at $100,00.00 to $500,000.00. Work consists of constructing building addition to existing Airman Leadership School including lecture auditorium with fixed seating and storage. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business concerns. SDB preference program as contained in DFARS 2319.7204 will be used in the evaluation for award. Period of performance is 240 calendar days. Project documents will be available O/A 22 May 1998.
