Solicitation No. 1425-98-SQ-17-02910 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-02. This acquisition is not a set-aside. The size standard is 500 employees and the standard industrial classification code is 3825. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee, Washington has a fixed price requirement for the following items: CLIN 001 -- Test System, three phase, Pulsar relay, AVO International Model No. 10L3T3G-1/60, or equal, -- 1 system, consisting of the following components: Pulsar base unit -- 1 each; Lab. Enclosure with transit case -- 1 each; Current Amplifier Modules -- 3 each; Timer, Monitor, Battery Simulator Module -- 1 each; Voltage Amplifier Module -- 3 each; Expansion Slot Option -- GPIB; Power cord Option = NA; Opt. Frequency = 60 Hz; RS-232 & IEE-488 ports. The above unit must be compatible with AVO International PulseMaster Relay Test Software. Please also state warranty.
