Barnes, 202-305-7268 UNICOR, FPI intends to issue a Request For Proposal solicitation which will result in a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract with (1) One Base Year and (2) Option Years if exercised for Fabric, Sheeting, Cotton/Polyester, Gray/Green #180, 72" in Width, T-180 preshrunk, I accordance with ASTM-5431-93. Put Up: Material shall be put up on rolls of 500+/-500 Yards (YDS). Cloth shall be in continous lengths, each not less than 200 YDS between splices. Splices shall be sewn ends. Core DIA shall not be less than 3" sheeting, be packaged and preserved in accordance with PPP-P-1134D. The estimated quantity for the Base and each Option Year is 85,000 YDS. Delivery is FOB Destination FCI, Miami, FL. Delivery acceptance is 45 Days ARO for each delivery order. This solicitation will be domestic only. Bid Samples are required before the closing date of this solicitation. The Award will be based on Best Value. The Evaluation Factors are: Price, Past Perfromance (delivery) and Specifications.
