The following maximum quantities for the OTV shall apply to the proposed contract: Base Year 3,600 each, First Ordering Period 64,000 each, Second Ordering Period 48,200 each, Third Ordering Period 69,700 each, Fourth Ordering Period 73,800 each, and Fifth Ordering Period 48,700 each.
