Five changes/clarifications are hereby made as follows: 1) the requirements for CONUS warehousing services and facilities are deleted and instead will be acquired separately; 2) the solicitation release date is postponed until 4 June 1998; 3) the base period of performance is changed to 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999; 4) the option period is changed to 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000; 5) the procurement of transportation services will proceed on an unrestricted basis as a result of the Government having received insufficient interest from small business.
