A Sole Source award to SOLIPSYS Corporation, 6100 Chevy Chase Drive, Suite 200, Laurel, MD 20707-2929 is contemplated on the basis of a unique source with highly specialized capabilities and experience for the requirement definition, system design, development, integration and testing of Clin 0001, 1 Each, Scenario Planning and Execution Support System (SPESS). The SPESS is to meet the requirements of the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) in Kauai, HI in support of the Tactical Ballistic Missile Defense (TMBD) system. The SPESS shall facilitate planning, training, rehearsal, real-time operation and post-exercise review of exercises at the PMRF. The SPESS shall interface with existing PMRF instrumentation networks, process real-time data and provide simulated track and sensor information in formats compatible with applicable range systems.
