Tasks may include protocol development, study and questionnaire design, sampling scheme, data collection and management, statistical and epidemiologic analyses, interpretation and presentation of results, and computer programming employing such software as SAS, BMDP, SPSS, SESUDAAN, SUDAAN, Epi Info, FORTRAN, Turbo Pascal, S Plus, and IMSL. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business under the SIC code 7375. Requests for copies of the solicitation should be made within 15 days of the RFP issue date, which will be on or about May 29, 1998.
