Burks, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-6684 This effort will develop a technical implementation plan for a Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) program to help anchor NWRT science and engineering skills. This effort continues research which began in fiscal year 97. The effort will develop detailed options for DSWA programs and develop a plan providing step-by-step sequence of actions required for program implementation. DSWA believes that ARETE is the only responsible source that has the personnel in place to cost effectively conduct the effort in the time required. See Note 22.
