The objective of the MMHS Security Demonstrator Program is to test prototype protecting content type (PCT) implementation before general implementation in national and NATO systems. The MMHS Security Demonstrator will be an unclassified test network linking a number of military message handling systems. The IFB will be unclassified. However, all the successful contractor may be required to handle and store NATO Confidential material. All applicants must be certified to compete NATO ICB by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications.
