Contractor will provide one time service to perform level four maintenance and continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) certification on the fluidized bed rubber denuding system (FBRDS) located at Building 493, Red River Army Depot near Texarkana, Texas. The CEMS requires yearly certification of the system by the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC). All labor, materials listed, tools and equipment required to perform the level four (4) maintenance and CEMS certification test shall be furnished by and be the responsibility of the contractor in accordance with statement of work. This will be a sole source requirement with SEGHERS Better Technology USA, 3114 Emery Circle, Austell, Georgia 30001.
