J -- SOURCES SOUGHT -- SOUND SYSTEM REPAIRS POC Mr. Fernandez, 305-536-3051 The United States District Court (USDC), Southern District of Florida, is conducting a market research for services necessary to provide maintenance and repairs as needed to the sound system located in each of the court rooms located in Key West, Fl. Vendors/contractors shall be required to provide all transportation, labor, services, equipment, materials, technical expertise, and parts necessary to provide intervening service calls on the aforementioned sound system. Each of the sound system is integrated with various components from different manufacturers, i.e., ALTC Lansing, Lectrosonics, FSR, Atlas Sound Lear, Shure, Sennheiser, ProCo, Elco, JBL and Radio Design Labs. Response time to service calls are considered paramount to the operations of the Court, therefore, the USDC prefers to have respondents located within 50 miles from Key West. Vendors interested may send a letter stating qualifications, preferably substantiated with training certificates, manufacturer's certifications, references (minimum of five), a list of projects accomplished within the last five years along with a brief description of the equipment repaired/installed, and any other pertinent information.
