Interested sources are sought to perform accounting services in support of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service Commissary Agency (DeCA) HQ, perform reconciliation of reports, prepare general and subsidiary ledgers, and account for appropriated funds. This procurement will be conducted as part of a cost comparison under the Commercial Activity OMB Circular A-76 guidlines. A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be used for a base year and four option years. Anticipated award is 12/98.
