HEXAGONAL MESH MIDWATER TRAWL Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Cantrawl Pacific Services, Inc. NOAA will purchase a midwater trawl, Model 400/580. Sources responding to this notice must respond within 15 days from the date of this publication. Sources responding must show that they are capable of producing a midwater trawl net specifically designed for high-speed trawling (min. 5 knots), mesh must be hexagonal (six-sided), and net must be specifically designed for midwater trawling. Sources not providing the required information will result in NOAA proceeding as stated above.
