The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 138,400 occupiable square feet of office and related space. The space must be constructed in a multi-story building exclusively for the Government's use. The building shall be constructed on Lead Ave, Lot 1-12, Block 40 (between 5th and 6th Streets). Space must be ready for occupancy by July 1, 2000. The Government will conduct a Two Phase procurement process and will complete the procurement among the 5 highest rated respondents, based on the Phase 1 evaluation criteria disclosed in the Solicitation For Offers. The five finalists will be required to travel to Fort Worth, TX, for oral presentations during the Phase 2 procurement process. All services, utilities, and maintenance are to be provided as part of teh rental. (0133)
