Work includes removal and replacement of heating/cooling equipment, piping, pumps and controls, ventilation equipment; patching/repairing/finishing/painting walls;removal and replacement of fire alarm equipment, wiring, conduit, etc., as well as programming, testing, verfication and training; and, renovation of interior finishes, patching/repairing/regrouting/repainting/replacing plaster ceilings, floor tiles and wall tiles in latrines, replacing lavatories, mirrors, lights and partitions; removal and installation of commodes and urinals, installing new hardware, pipe, flush valves, and replacing drain lines. Period of performance is 450 days. SIC is 1542. Magnitude of project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. It is being conducted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program under full and open competition. Thereis a one-time, non-refundable fee of $175.00 for the solicitation package.
