Dreger, Contracting Officer, (850)234-4863 The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, FL intends to award a sole source contract to ABB Extrel, Pittsburg, PA_for the upgrade of two (2) process mass spectrometers from Questor 1 series to Questor QP series. The spectrometers are a part of the medical departments Gas Analysis System at the Navy Experimental Dive Unit (NEDU). Only the Questor QP upgrade manufactured by ABB Extrel has the compatability to be used with the existing equipment. See Note 22 __ __ __ (0134)
