Keller & Associates, Inc., 3003 W. Breezewood Lane, PO Box 368, Neenah, Wisconsin 54957-0368, for the purchase of 350 copies of doHACCP for Windows. The software will be utilized by the Agency to assist small plants in developing HACCP plans for their production processes. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is the only known source for providing this software. All interested concerns must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by forwarding a detailed response by May 29, 1998.
