These Chairs are used onboard the 41' UTB Coast Guard vessels. It is the Government's belief that only Turnbull Enterprises, and/or their authorized dealers, can provide these Chairs. However, other potential sources can submit information concerning their capability to supply these Chairs. Concerns that respond to this notice must fully demonstrate the capability by submitting the following information: (1) Data that the offered Chair has been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government or the Original Equipment Manufacturer which includes complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered Chair (i.e., salient physical, functional and serviceability characteristics); and (2) Data that the required Chair has been previously provided to the Government or the Original Equipment Manufacturer. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION SHALL BE 28 MAY 1998. Information received after this scheduled deadline will NOT be considered.
