Worth, Texas service area. Buy-Indian contractor's capable of providing the Adult Halfway House service shall submit proof of Buy-Indian certification, capability statement which would include adequate facility, staff, experience, financial resources and other applicable information by June 5, 1998. If no responses are received from capable Buy-Indian sources a contract will be negotiated with the American Indian Center of Dallas, Inc., in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source for the base year plus four (4) pre-priced option years.
