The items requiring repair include Series 16V71T and Series 8V71T Detroit Diesel engines. Anticipated contract type is firm fixed price with a base year plus four option years period of performance commencing 01 OCT 98. Contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens possessing or capable of obtaining required security clearances, passports and visas. Best Value award to multiple offerors is anticipated.
