R -- PROVIDE AN ANALYSIS OF RESPONSES TO LETTER SENT TO HIV/AIDS ORGANIZATIONS AND RYAN WHITE CARE ACT GRANTEES SOL HRSA-98-HAB-252476 DUE 061698 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. In accordance with Part 13, award will be limited to Small Business concerns. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a qualitative analysis of responses received from the Associate Administrator's letter which was sent to major HIV/AIDS organizations and all Ryan White CARE Act grantees. The contractor shall: review the database; develop an analytic strategy; analyze the database; prepare a draft report summarizing the findings and submit to HRSA staff; receive comments from HRSA staff and prepare a final report; and lead three discussion groups on the report.
