Postal Service is soliciting proposals to renovate the lobby at the Hartford, CT Air Mail Facility at Bradley International Airport. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, woods & plastics, doors & windows, thermal & moisture protection, finishes, furnishings, mechanical and electrical. The estimated cost of the work is between $100,000.00 and $300,000.00, with completion within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on June 16, 1998. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer, or relative standing of the offerors WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANYONE until award of contract is made. Proposal documents, plans and specifications will be available o/a May 18, 1998 at a cost of $20.00 per set (non-refundable) from the Facilities Service Office, U. S.
