To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSR). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. Contractor's inspection location and time will be determined at a later date. The availability dates are tentatively set for September 01, 1998 through December 15, 1998 with the work to take place at the contractor's plant. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport area. Award will be made based on the best value to the government. (0135)
