The National Park Service intends to award a sole source contract to Motorola, Inc. under GSA Contract #GS535F-1125D for a complete Narrowband Radio System for use throughout the National Park Service, Department of Interior. Radio Equipment must meet with the Public Safety Communications Officers Project 25 (APCO 25) standards for narrowband radio equipment which is the Department of Interior's standard for narrowband radio operations. Competing this procurement would result in incompatibility with other radio systems and would ensure inter-operability. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by NPS.
