FISC Norfolk, Acquisition Group, Hampton Roads Detachment intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis. Anticipate one base year with provisions for four one year option periods. FAR Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services will be incorporated into the solicitation. The Govt intends to make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the minimum technical requirements. Award will be made to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, offers the most advantageous to price to the Govt.
