The support services shall include, but are not limited to; the development and support of the Employee Computer Network (ECN) and 10 geographically dispersed OASAM-administered Local Area Networks (LANs) and telecommunications services; research, testing and documentation of standard hardware and software; activities related to the procurement of hardware, software and LAN components, technical support for departmental and administrative IT systems and programs; installation, maintenance and analysis of development, testing and documentation of applications utilizing standard hardware and software; standardized microcomputer application support, network technical support services, communication analysis support, customer training and technical support; development and delivery of training courses for ADP software, and customer training and technical support.
