This acquisition will be accomplished using a Library of Congress FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement. Specifically, ED will be using the on-line service of Lexis/Nexis-an online, full text, fully interactive computer assisted legal research service, consisting of judicial opinion, statutes, regulations and other related information including U.S. Code Annotated; Code of Federal Regulations; Federal Register; and federal and state case flow information. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than June 3, 1998, which shall be considered by the agency. (0135)
