Government intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a
wholly-owned subsidary of the Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St Louis,
MO, 63166-0516, to procure installation, disassembly, refresher
training, and reassembly for the Electronic Warfare Hot-Mock-Up Lab for
the Swiss F/A-18 Electronic Warfare Hot-Mock-Up in Switzerland. This
effort is to be completed by 1 June 1999. According to their Letter of
Agreement with the United States, Switzerland has designated the
McDonnell Douglas Corporation the sole source designer, producer, and
supporter of the F/A-18 aircraft and the only known source with the
knowledge, experience, and proprietary technical data to perform this
taskwithin the required timeframe. This synopsis is for information
