Services will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Federal Prison Camp, and Federal Detention Center located at 27072 Ballston Road, Sheridan, Oregon 97378. The optometrist must be a graduate of an accredited school of optometry and must be licensed to practice optometry in the state of Oregon. The schedule will normally consist of four, eight-hour, sessions per month. Sessions normally occur once a week, on a weekday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No individual may work more than 30 hours per week and there is no guaranteed minimum number of sessions. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC is 8042 with size standard 5.0 million; NAICS U.S. is 62132. All responsible sources may submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation packages will be available o/a May 20, 1998. The anticipated date of award is July 1, 1998.
