R -- LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN PUBLIC HEALTH SOL HRSA-98-BHPR-E060948 DUE 060298 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Johns Hopkins University, School of Hygiene and Public Health, 624 North Broadway, Room 584, Baltimore, Maryland 21205. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to analyze proprietary data concerning leadership development in public health collected by the Johns Hopkins University, School of Hygiene and Public Health. Based upon this analysis, a draft survey instrument will be developed which could be used as a prototype for a longitudinal study by the Health Leadership Institute. The contractor shall: meet with the Project Officer to discuss the project; prepare a report on network analysis; analyze the data and develop an evaluation instrument and testing plan; conduct a pilot pre-test, analyze the results and make any necessary corrections; develop a final evaluation instrument and reports; and prepare a final report on the project. The Johns Hopkins University, School of Hygiene and Public Health is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is 26 weeks.
