U -- BARBERING EDUCATION SERVICES SOL RFQ138-0218 DUE 063098 POC Norm Ward, Regional Contract Specialist The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary (USP), Terre Haute, In., intends the award of a firm fixed price requirements type contract to the contractor who can provide barbering education. The contractor shall provide vocational instruction leading to a barbering license in the State of Indiana. All work shall be performed at the USP in Terre Haute, In. Class size in estimated at 15 students and the Government shall supply books and equipment. It is anticipated that these services will be required on a daily basis. The contract provides for one(1) twelve month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. Award will based upon best value to the Government. The anticipated release date of the solicitation in May 30, 1998; closing June 30, 1998. All responsible sources may submit written requests for agency consideration.
