The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement for the construction of an observation booth/press box with shell, stairs and catwalk. The work in general will be to provide material and supervision necessary to complete the installation. Contractor must meet all requirements in the plans and specifications, as well as the site conditions affecting the work, materials and equipment and to perform all the work required. Contractor will be responsible for all welding required and be responsible for a crane as necessary. Contractor to be in compliance with VETS100 Reporting. All activities will be performed according to the project specifications. Construction will not include interior walls, sheetrock, or electrical. Oregon Army National Guard troops will be available to assist with construction. Construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000 dollars. Construction period is sixty (60) days.
