The work of this contract at Echo Bay consists of the general construction of a complete microfiltration/nanofiltration water treatment facility, including selective site demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, and finish site work. The work also includes construction and installation of a raw water storage tank, raw water irrigation system, wastewater disposal system, and radio telemetry system. The work at Overton Beach consists of the general construction of a complete microfiltration/nanofiltration water treatment facility, including selective site demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping, and finish site work. The work also includes construction and installation of a raw water storage tank and a radio telemetry system. The work included in Additive "A" includes construction of a complete Packaged Sewage Lift Station at Overton Beach, including excavation, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, and finish site work. The work included in Additive "B" includes bituminous concrete overlays for the Echo Bay Water Treatment Plant entrance road and the Echo Bay campground areas. All requests for project documents must be in writing. A non-refundable bid deposit for project documents is $250 per set, 3 set maximum, in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order made payable to the National Park Service. Include Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number on check or money order. Project Documents may also be viewed at various plan rooms.
