The Two Step Procedure consists of a technical proposal and pricing proposal each submitted separately under different packaging; however, both submitals must arrive before the closing date. Also this modification is for the purpose of changing the date for the release of the Request for Offer (RFO). The RFO will be release about May 29, 1998. The closing date for receiving offers will be approximately June 29, 1998. All other information in this synopsis remains unchanged. (0135)
