The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover the following items: CLIN 1. Provide software development and integration support, licenses, upgrades, Life Cycle Management (LCM) for use in the GFMPL software suite. This software will be deployed as standalone modules or components of other METOC systems at various locations throughout the world both CONUS and OCONUS. FOB Stennis Space Center, MS. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
