Project will have two bid items and will be an hourly contract. This will be a water quality improvement project consisting of pulling pipes, installing drain dips and waterbars, scattering logging slash on the roadway and ripping the roadway. Estimated start work dates are July 7, 1998 and July 15 and July 27, 1998. Work will be in both Crook and Harney Counties. Contract time will be approximately 35 days on one bid item and 16 days on the second bid item. (0138)
