A presolicitation synopsis for this procurement entitled "Space Transportation Investment Study" was previously posted by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) on May 4, 1998. Effective immediately, the NASA Headquarters Procurement Office (Code 210.H) is responsible for conducting this procurement. Accordingly, all inquiries must be addressed to the Code 210.H point of contact identified below. Also, all inquiries must reference the new solicitation number identified above. All future solicitation documents will be posted to the NASA HQ Business Opportunities Page. A draft "Request for Offer (RFO)" is anticipated to be released and posted to the Business Opportunities Page on or about May 19, 1998, with industry comments due by May 26, 1998. NASA anticipates release of the final RFO on or about June 2, 1998, with offers due by July 2, 1998.
