DENARD, Contract Specialist, 703/681-0630 The National Guard Bureau proposes to award a simplified acquisition to Sales & Management Training, Inc., Norcross, Georgia, to provide a training for the 1998 Senior Enlisted Workshop: "Leading the Force 2000". Career Direction is inclusive in this training and this a proprietary program copyrighted by the aforementioned contractor. Workshop dates are 7-10 September 1998, in Phoenix, Arizona. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered an RFQ. No competitive solicitation will be issied. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
