Kesler, Regional Contract Specialist The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Mid-Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, Lexington, Kentucky, intends to award a firm fixed price contract under Invitation for Bids 123-0464, for the construction of an approximately 2,755 square foot Electrical Substation Building. The building is to be constructed at the Federal Medical Center, Lexington, KY. The tentative issue date for solicitations is, May 29, 1998 with a tentative receipt of bids of June 30, 1998. Requests for the solicitation should be made no later than May 28, 1998 to allow sufficient time for solicitation mailing. The magnitude of this requirement is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
