Subject project involves removal and replacement of the hot and cold copper water lines, associated valves, and hardware for the interior blumbing of various duplex/single housing units. Existing insulation on piping had been previously removed. Contractor will install new insulation after installation of new water lines. Water lines to be replaced are predominately within the crawl spaces of the individual units. Magnitude of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This project is being funded as a lump sum bid. The SIC Code for this project is 1711. The proposed procurement is unrestricted.
