This may require the complete rebuilding of certain streets and parking lots to include removing existing asphalt and base materials and replacing with new. Other streets and parking lots will require rotomilling and overlay with asphaltic concrete. Associated work will include pavement marking, excavation, backfill, concrete curb and gutter, drainage structures, seeding/sod, surveying and staking. Magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The contract will be awarded for a basic year and two option years. This project is being funded as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with delivery orders. The SIC Code for this project is 1611. The proposed procurement is unrestricted.
