Includes construction of a well, pumphouse, mechanical, water storage and waterline distribution system. Some new waterline will be installed & portions of existing waterline will be retained with minor modifications. Pumphouse to be prefabricated concrete building. Developing power to operate pump will be part of contract as this is a remote site with no electricity available. Project is located approximately 52 miles east via County Road 8 and FDR 205 of Meeker,CO. in Garfield County, CO. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated price range is between S25,000 -- S100,000. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. (0138)
