Each unit to be 7' x 7' and placed on three (3) pressure treated wood skids under each unit (6" x 6" x 8' long skids). Work includes skids, floor and joist, wall studs, ceiling joist, roof decking, roofing materials, exterior walls, interior walls and ceilings, interior door and window trim, door unit, lock set, window units, interior electrical, lighting, and heat. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. this acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. Fort he purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
