The work shall include replace and rerouting the bunker electrical service, removing specified exterior and interior conduit and devices, installing telephone cables, repairing as necessary the bunker Lightning Protection System to bring it into full compliance with NFPA 780, and the Department of Defense Ammunition and Explosive Safety Standards requirements, replacing interior and exterior bunker lighting, cleaning all interior walls and floor, and painting all areas except the floor, repairing all bunker doors and its ventilation system, removing the steel cover from upper vent system, install wiring caging inside the bunker, and clearing all vegetation on and with 55' of the bunkers. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. The acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1731 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million. all responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this Agency.
