The following information is provided to do a Market Survey of industry to see if there are any potential contractors in addition to Boeing North American (BNA), formerly Rockwell International (RI), who have the skills and knowledge required to complete this effort. The Silo-Based Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (SBICBM) System Program Office (SPO) Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC), intends to establish a contract for a lifetime buy of Level Detectors (LDs), NSN 1420-00-871-5758AH, P/N 67380-301. This is in support of the Minuteman Guidance and Control sustainment program. BNA is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and only known qualified source for this effort. Therefore, all potential offerors shall qualify with BNA. This will also include all subcontractors to potential offerors (prime contractors). As part of this effort, all prime contractor and subcontractor processes, procedures, materials, facilities, and equipment shall be qualified by the OEM. The response shall describe the potential offeror's qualifications based on the following: (1) Proof that you have previously, or are currently providing, the same or similar item to DOD or the OEM. This can be a list of present or past Government contract numbers, with award dates, and Material Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250). (2) A complete set of drawings. (3) Brochures describing your company's capabilities, with a facilities list showing clean room and temperature control capabilities, test areas that meet seismic background and ambient noise requirements, and plant equipment, machinery, special tooling, fixtures, etc. (4) Identification of your subvendors and the processes they will perform. Potential offeror's are requested to submit two (2) copies of an unclassified response within 10 days after publication of this notice to OO-ALC/LMKA, 6038 Aspen Ave bldg 1289SE, Hill AFB UT 84056-5805, Attn: Ramon F. Castillo, Contract Negotiator. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting in connection with the described procurement make contact with BNA. Specifications, plans, or drawings that are in possession of the Air Force and relate to the procurement described are incomplete and a current/updated package will not be provided by the government.
