This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and no written solicitation will be issued. This is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business. See Numbered Note 1 SIC Code is 1442. Size standard is 500. This solicitation identified as SOL RFQ No. R98-3 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Quotes shall be in accordance with all requirements of this notice including those which are included by reference. This requirement consists of supplying all labor, materials, equipment and supplies and perform all operations necessary to deliver (1) Contract Item: Surface Treatment Aggregate Designation D, Grading D, (2) Quantity: 1156 Metric Ton, to be delivered to project site on Makah Indian Reservation at Neah Bay, Washington. The exact site will be identified following award of a contract. Neah Bay is located approximately 75 miles west of the City of Port Angeles in Clallam County, Washington. All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the best applicable trade practices, and shall present a first-class finished appearance upon completion. The Maintenance Foreman will inspect and accept deliveries and tickets at destination.
