We are seeking in-kind donations for the Hillberg Ski Area and the Outdoor Adventure Programs General Use Program for Elmendorf Air force Bases Summer and Winter recreation seasons 1998-1999. For this event we are seeking cash donations to be used to purchase and print approximately 1,500 ink pens for the counters of each of these activities. This would be an excellent opportunity to advertise your business with the Elmendorf Air Force Base community. Each customer must fill out medical forms as well as rental contracts prior to use of the activities. Approximate cost for this program would be $1,000 to $1,500. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation can be accepted no later than 15 August 1998.
