The proposed acquisition covers enforcement support services, which will assist the EPA programs (Superfund and other statutes) in the States of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. These services will be performed under a cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort contract. The enforcement support services to be covered by this acquisition include: PRP search, negotiation support, expert/litigation support, cost recovery support. Any small, small disadvantaged, or 8(a) businesses who wish to submit a qualification statement demonstrating their experience and capabilities relevant to the Statement of Work are invited to do so.
