The contractor will be required to provide a curriculum leading to an Associateof Arts degree and/or Certificate Program in an Occupational oriented field such as business management or business administration. Contractor must provide no less than five (5) courses during the Fall and Spring terms to federal prisoners incarcerated at the Federal Prison Camp in Yankton, South Dakota. All of the contractor's staff working on site will be subject to NCIC and other background checks in accordance with agency's regualtions. Attendance will range from 15 ot 25 federal prisoners per class. The requirement for these services are needed from time of award through May 31, 1999. (base year) with four option years thereafter.
