The work consists of repairing damaged bank stabilization structures by adding stone to stone-fill revetments and dikes, trench-fill revetments, and wood fill revetments, and dikes; by reconnecting structures to the bank with bankheads and roots; by constructing wraparounds at ends of revetments; by extending and raising existing structures and constructing new structures to improve the channel and reduce dredging requirements. Schedule A -- N.M. 308.6 to 125.3, Schedule B -- N.M. 125.3 to 0.0. Estimated magnitude of work is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about June 9, 1998 at a cost of $69.00 for solicitation and full size drawings; $87.00 for solicitation and half size drawings; $28.50 for solicitation only (all charges are nonrefundable).
